Job Description

Design & Concept: Create 2D/3D layouts, mood boards, and detailed architectural drawings for villa interiors.

Space Planning: Optimize multi-level floor plans, double-height ceilings, outdoor living areas, and landscape transitions.

Material Sourcing: Select premium finishes, flooring, lighting fixtures, and custom furniture (FF&E).

Site Supervision: Coordinate with contractors and civil teams to oversee on-site execution and fit-outs.

Budget & Timelines: Manage material costs and project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
