Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Finishing Execution: Supervise daily internal and external finishing activities, including gypsum/sand-face plaster, flooring/tiling, waterproofing, painting, door-window fitting, and fabrication work.
  • Quality Control & Surface Inspection: Perform strict quality checks for surface alignment, plumb, level, right-angle corners, tile jointing, and defect-free wall finishes as per design standards.
  • Waterproofing Oversight: Supervise waterproofing applications in wet areas (bathrooms, balconies, terraces) and ensure mandatory pond-testing and leak checks before tile laying.
  • Finishing Contractor Management: Manage specialized finishing sub-contractors, assign daily floor-wise targets, record precise physical measurements, and verify RA bills for finishing items.
  • Snagging & Defect Rectification: Conduct regular floor-by-floor snag audits, prepare detailed punch lists, and ensure quick rectification of defects prior to flat handovers.
