Job Description
Pre-Sales CRM Executive
Role: Manage and qualify incoming leads before handover to the sales team, and keep all lead data accurate in the CRM.
Responsibilities
- Capture and update leads in the CRM from all sources
- Call, email, and message leads to understand needs, budget, and timeline
- Qualify leads as hot, warm, or cold and pass qualified ones to sales
- Schedule demos, meetings, or site visits
- Run follow-ups and re-engage dormant leads
- Prepare daily and weekly lead and conversion reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline, 2 to 5 years of experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or CRM operations
- Strong communication in English and the local language
- Working knowledge of a CRM tool will add advantage. ( Training will be provided for CRM tool)
- Good follow-up discipline and attention to detail
