Job Description
Key Responsibilities • Contact company-generated leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels. • Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable subscription plans. • Present and explain Finvista Analytics' research services and offerings. • Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert them into paid subscribers. • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term engagement. • Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales activities in the CRM. • Coordinate with the operations and support team for smooth client onboarding. • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and conversion targets. • Stay updated with the company's products, market developments, and industry trends.
