Job Description

Location : Andheri (East)

Key Responsibilities

* Handle import shipments by sea and air, from pre-alert to final delivery.

* Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, CHAs, and transporters.

* Verify import documents, including Bill of Lading (BL), Air Waybill (AWB), commercial invoices, and packing lists.

* Send arrival notices and provide regular shipment updates to customers.

* Track vessel and flight schedules, ETAs, and shipment status.

* Follow up on Delivery Order (DO) release and customs clearance.

* Monitor free days, detention, and demurrage to avoid additional charges.

* Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
