• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle recruitment through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and employee records.
• Track attendance, leaves, overtime, and site attendance.
• Coordinate payroll, incentives, and reimbursements with Accounts.
• Maintain KPI, appraisal, training, and performance records.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities.
• Handle office administration, vendors, stationery, assets, and travel.
• Maintain labour, contractor, employee, and statutory documentation.

• RequirementsGraduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
