Desktop & Laptop hardware troubleshooting

• Windows installation, formatting & software configuration

• Printer and scanner installation & troubleshooting

• LAN/Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshooting

• Router, switch and access point configuration

• Basic IP addressing, DHCP and network troubleshooting

• Remote Desktop (RDP) setup and troubleshooting

• Basic CCTV installation/support

• Antivirus, data backup and general IT support

• Visiting customer sites for installation and service calls
