Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 Provide onsite technical support at client locations.

 Attend field service calls and resolve IT-related issues promptly.

 Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and

peripherals.

 Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.

 Configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft O􀆯ice applications.

 Install and troubleshoot antivirus software and business applications.

 Perform LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.

 Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.

 Replace and upgrade computer hardware components.

 Support user account configuration, email setup, and printer connectivity.

Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.

 Update service reports and call status after every client visit.

 Ensure compliance with company and client service standards.
