## 🎯 Key Responsibilities

* 

* Fragrance Evaluation: Evaluate and select appropriate fragrance blends based on client briefs, market trends, and application safety.

* Project Management: Manage end-to-end fragrance product development timelines from evaluation to final production.

* Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the fragrance creation/R&D, marketing, and sales teams to deliver winning olfactory profiles.

* Market & Trend Analysis: Keep track of consumer insights, competitor product launches, and evolving fragrance trends in the personal care and perfume industry.

* Client Interface: Translate specific client needs into actionable development briefs for perfumers and evaluators.

## 🎓 Requirements & Skills

* 

* Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in fragrance evaluation, perfume product development, or a similar role in the FMCG/cosmetics sector.

* Education: Graduate degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Technology, or a related field is preferred.

* Olfactory Skills: Keen sensory capabilities with a strong passion for olfaction, smells, and consumer product applications.

* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present olfactory concepts to key stakeholders.
