Job Description
We need a results-driven Executive to convert inbound investment leads generated via Meta Ads. Your main goal is to contact leads, explain our investment concept, and close the sale by getting them to sign up.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Call and follow up with inbound leads from Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Product Pitching: Clearly explain our investment concept, benefits, and value proposition.
- Sales Closing: Handle objections, guide prospects through the decision-making process, and secure sign-ups.
- Pipeline Management: Track lead status, schedule follow-ups, and update the sales pipeline daily.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly conversion and sign-up targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in inside sales, telecalling, or direct conversions.
- Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of investments, finance, or wealth management.
- Communication: Persuasive, confident verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Persistence: High energy and resilience to handle rejection and push for closures.
- Tools: Proficiency with calling software and CRM/lead management systems.
