Job description:
We’re Hiring: Student Recruitment & Admissions Counsellor
We are looking for an experienced, target-driven professional who can counsel prospective students and convert enquiries into successful enrolments for overseas education.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students interested in studying in New Zealand, Australia, the UK and Canada
Understand student profiles and recommend suitable courses and universities
Convert incoming leads into registrations and enrolments
Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and meetings
Meet monthly sales and student-enrolment targets
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in the CRM
Build strong relationships with students and parents
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in counselling, education sales or student recruitment
Proven ability to achieve sales and enrolment targets
Excellent communication, counselling and negotiation skills
Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities
Knowledge of international education destinations is preferred
Location: Bandra West Mumbai (Linking Rd, National College)
