Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Eligibility -

• Minimum 10th / 12th Pass or Graduate

Key Responsibilities -

• Assist customers and deliver excellent customer service
• Explain and demonstrate games to customers clearly and confidently
• Handle cashiering, billing, and payment transactions accurately
• Ensure a pleasant and engaging customer experience at all times

Working Hours & Schedule -

• 9-hour shift per day
• 1 weekly off
• Public holidays and weekends are working days

Shift Timings -

Female – Rotational Shifts

• 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Male – Rotational Shifts

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM — Night Allowance: ₹100 per day for this shift

Important -

• Candidates must be available for all shifts during the first 15 days of joining.
