CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE


2 Positions Available!


📍 Location: 86 Central by Crystal, Near Shreyas Signal, Ghatkopar West

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹10,000/month

🎯 Performance Incentive: Up to ₹2,000/month


Responsibilities:


• Handle customer calls & WhatsApp queries

• Resolve customer issues & complaints

• Manage order-related queries

• Coordinate with the operations team

• Maintain good customer relationships


Requirements:


• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Hindi & English required
