Cashier Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

* Handle the *cash counter* and manage daily customer bookings.

* Enter and maintain bookings accurately in *Excel and company software*.

* Check and verify customer *PIN codes* on the designated website.

* Verify whether the required service is available at the customer's location.

* Generate *invoices through the company billing software*.

* Maintain accurate day-to-day cash records and perform *daily cash tally/reconciliation*.

* Communicate with customers in a polite, professional, and helpful manner.

* Understand customer requirements and explain the services and booking process clearly.

* Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and cash transactions.

* Follow company procedures and ensure all entries and transactions are completed accurately.

Candidate Requirements

* Must be a *fast learner* and willing to learn new software and processes quickly.

* Basic knowledge of *Microsoft Excel* is required.

* Comfortable working with computers and software.

* Good *cash-handling and calculation skills*.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to explain services and processes clearly to customers.

* Must be responsible, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.

* Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
