Job Overview

We are hiring energetic, target-focused Admission Counselors for our centers in Dadar and Powai. You will be responsible for guiding prospective students, pitching courses, and closing enrollments over calls.

Key Responsibilities

 * Make daily outbound sales calls to prospective students and parents.

 * Counsel students regarding courses, fees, and career paths to drive enrollments.

 * Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly admission sales targets.

 * Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and handle client objections effectively.

Salary & Compensation Structure

 * Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month fixed (based on experience & interview).

 * Incentives: Uncapped extra monthly earning potential based on target achievement.

 * Probation Period: 6 months.

Working Hours & Shifts

 * Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

 * Weekly Off: 1 day off per week (Sunday off or rotational off based on duty roster).

Candidate Requirements

 * Strong verbal communication and persuasive sales skills (Hindi & English).

 * Prior experience in Telecalling, Outbound Sales, BPO, or Educational Counseling preferred.

 * Strong target-oriented mindset and eagerness to earn high incentives.
