Cafe Supervisor

Responsible for the smooth functioning of the store in western (Andheri / Colaba) & Harbor line (Navi Mumbai) of Mumbai

 Assist walk in customers with their purchases & upsell products

 Ensure good display & regular replenishment of goods

 Managing counter sales team, motivating and training them to perform better

 Conduct marketing and sales promotional activities for business development

 Inventory management and stock control

 Manage E Commerce Food orders

 Handling Cash and Accounts including Daily Sales Report

 Reporting to Store In charge

 Should be confident, quick and efficient in making decisions

 Ability to do Opening & Closing of the store (As per roaster)

Criteria:-

 Good time management and planning skills

 Should be confident, quick and efficient in making decisions

 Prior experience in dealing with people

 Self motivated & Punctual

 Ability to follow SOP’s and Guidelines

Working knowledge of using Computer + Email + Excel + Word + WhatsApp
