Job Description
We are looking for a Event Promoter to join our team at Retail Store to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹25,000 and exciting field exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan event timelines, guest lists, budgets and logistics.
- Hosting Birthday Parties & event
- Should have good communication skills
- Coordinate with vendors, venues and clients.
- Ensure smooth execution during events.
- Handle client requirements and last-minute changes.
- Post-event reporting and feedback collection.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 3 years of experience. To qualify for this job opening you must have strong communication, multitasking ability and willingness to travel and work on-ground.
