Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced *Service Advisor* to manage customer interactions throughout the vehicle service process. The role involves understanding customer requirements, preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, providing regular updates, and ensuring a high-quality service experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

* Conduct detailed vehicle inspections and prepare accurate job cards.

* Explain required repairs, maintenance, parts, labour, and estimated costs to customers.

* Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team to ensure timely completion of jobs.

* Monitor vehicle progress and provide regular updates to customers.

* Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or work identified during servicing.

* Ensure accurate documentation and timely closure of repair orders.

* Coordinate with Parts, Warranty, Insurance, and other relevant departments.

* Conduct final vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is ready for delivery.

* Explain completed work and invoices to customers at the time of delivery.

* Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.

* Maintain accurate records and update all customer and vehicle information in the CRM/DMS.

* Achieve assigned targets related to labour sales, customer satisfaction, upselling, and service retention.

* Follow manufacturer and dealership processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
