Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Sales Invoices & Billing: Generate and process daily wholesale and retail invoices accurately.
• Tyre Claim Management: Oversee the financial and administrative side of tyre warranty claims. Follow up with manufacturers on pending claims, process credit notes, and ensure all claim-related inventory and customer accounts are reconciled promptly.
• Salesman Coordination: Act as the financial bridge to the sales team. Reconcile daily collections (cash/digital), track outstanding customer payments, follow up on pending dues, and verify salesman expense and performance data.
• Purchase Coordination: Work closely with tyre manufacturers and suppliers to manage purchase orders. Match purchase invoices with physical stock receipts and resolve any pricing or quantity discrepancies immediately.
• Daily & Weekly Reporting: Prepare actionable MIS reports for management, focusing on daily sales summaries, outstanding receivables, stock-in-transit, and the status of pending manufacturer claims.
• General Accounting & Tax: Manage routine Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), perform bank co-ordination, and ensure timely and accurate GST filing and compliance.
