Job Description
Job Summary We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Customer Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, promoting suitable products/services, and converting enquiries into successful sales.
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls and generate sales through effective communication.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Work effectively with the sales and operations team to achieve business goals.
