1. Direct and Indirect Tax and Transfer Pricing o Incorporation of companies and obtaining various registrations
Accounting and bookkeeping
Direct tax and international tax and transfer pricing advisory
GST advisory Direct tax compliances – TDS returns, income tax returns, advance tax calculations, tax audits, compliances
GST compliances – monthly / quarterly returns, calculation of input tax credits, etc.,
Handling assessments, litigations etc.,
Conducting benchmarking studies, issue of transfer pricing reports and filing statutory forms
Assisting the clients with compliance, assessments, litigation etc.,
Tax valuations and certifications
2. Overall
Responsibility for client deliverables
Managing client relationships
Managing the team
Being updated with the latest developments in the tax and regulatory space
