Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, taxation, payroll compliance, and statutory filings.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts in Tally with accurate and timely entries.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Process vendor payments and maintain accounting records.
Prepare and file GST returns and ensure GST compliance.
Deduct, deposit, reconcile, and file TDS returns.
Manage Professional Tax (PT) compliance, including registrations, deductions, payments, and return filing. Handle Provident Fund (PF) compliance.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
Maintain statutory records and ensure compliance with applicable financial and labor regulations.
Assist in budgeting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely completion of all statutory and compliance-related activities.
