* Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

* Bank, vendor, customer & ledger reconciliations

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.

• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

• Prepare and record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.

• Prepare and process GST-compliant sales invoices, e-Invoices, and e-Way Bills.

• Generate and manage e-Invoices through the GST portal/ERP and ensure accuracy of

invoice details.

• Generate, update, and maintain e-Way Bills for applicable goods movement.

• Verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.

• Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation, including matching of purchase

and sales data.

• Assist with TDS calculations, payments, and related compliance records.

• Support monthly closing and preparation of MIS reports.

• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and coordinate with relevant teams.

• Assist with inventory and stock-related accounting entries and reconciliations.

• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, vouchers, e-Invoices, e-Way Bills, and

other accounting records.

• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.

• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable statutory

requirements.

• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.
