Job Description

  • Team Leadership & Coaching: Hire, onboard, mentor, and conduct daily huddles or training sessions for telesales representatives.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Set daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and revenue quotas, tracking KPIs to close performance gaps.
  • Strategy & Scripting: Develop outbound/inbound telemarketing campaigns, sales scripts, and objection-handling strategies.
  • CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate logging of calls, lead qualifications, order processing, and pipeline metrics in CRM.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor live or recorded calls to maintain compliance, service standards, and high conversion rates.
