Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and generating quality leads through calls.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
• Explain our services, offers, and processes clearly.
• Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Schedule appointments or counselling sessions for interested customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
• Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for further follow-up.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hindi and basic English communication skills.
• Confident and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/software.
• Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
