Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, highly articulate Telesales Executive to generate leads, manage outbound calls, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Sales: Conduct high-volume phone outreach to brick kiln owners to pitch products and consulting services.
• Lead Generation: Identify prospective clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Customer Support: Answer product queries, handle objections, and resolve client issues efficiently.
• Pipeline Management: Follow up on potential leads to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Freshers can also apply.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, strong negotiation tactics, and active listening.
• Attributes: High resilience, target-driven mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
