Key Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers (cold calling and follow-ups).

* Inform clients about residential and commercial investment opportunities including plots, flats, villas, and other real estate projects.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable investment options.

* Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing clients.

* Schedule site visits and meetings with interested customers.

* Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversions.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM/database.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confidence in speaking with customers over phone.

* Sales-oriented mindset with strong convincing abilities.

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

* Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.

* Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or real estate sales is preferred but not mandatory.

* Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
