Position: Student Counselor

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Student Counselor to join our Zirakpur outlet.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive personality, and the ability to understand students' requirements and guide them toward the right stock market and skill-based courses.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and prospective learners about our courses, programs, and career opportunities.
• Understand the student's requirements, goals, and interests and recommend the most suitable course.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and leads professionally.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
• Maintain regular communication with leads and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Explain course structure, fees, batches, benefits, and other relevant information clearly.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
• Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
• Achieve monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targets.
• Participate in promotional activities and student engagement activities at the outlet.
