Job Description
Job Title: Production Supervisor (10–15 Vacancies)
Industry: Nutraceutical Manufacturing
Location: Mohali
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities and shop floor operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety guidelines are met.
- Manage manpower, shift planning, and production reports.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse teams.
- Maintain GMP, SOP, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Male candidates preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a Nutraceutical, Pharma, or Food manufacturing company.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000/month
Probation: 3 Months
