Job Description: Recruiter Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting efforts. In this role, you will be the face of our company culture, responsible for identifying talent, crafting compelling digital recruitment marketing campaigns, and managing candidates smoothly from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate excels at multi-channel sourcing, builds deep candidate pipelines, and maintains exceptional follow-up communication to deliver a world-class candidate experience.

Core Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Proactively scout passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced boolean searches, resume databases, and industry networks.

• Job Advertisement & Marketing: Craft high-impact, engaging job descriptions and visually appealing advertisements for job boards, professional networks, and company career portals.

• Social Media Engagement: Leverage digital channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and niche forums) to broadcast open roles, showcase employer branding, and attract high-caliber inbound applications.

• Candidate Screening & Selection: Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and application forms against structural role criteria. Conduct thorough initial phone screens to assess skill alignment and cultural fit.

• Interview Management: Coordinate and schedule structured interviews across varying timezones, bridging communications seamlessly between candidates and internal hiring managers.

• Rigorous Follow-Up: Maintain active communication touchpoints with all active candidates. Provide transparent, timely status updates, interview feedback, and rejection notices to build a respected employer brand.

• Offer Negotiation & Closing: Assist in formulating competitive job offers, present compensation packages confidently, address candidate objections, and manage the pre-onboarding sequence.

Skills & Qualifications • Experience: Proven success as an in-house or agency recruiter handling full-cycle talent acquisition workflows.

• Sourcing Mastery: Expert familiarity with modern sourcing tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse or Lever, and digital marketing principles. • Communication Excellence: Superior interpersonal skills with a polished, professional verbal and written communication style.

• Persistence & Relationship Management: A passion for proactive candidate follow-up and an innate ability to build trust quickly with cross-functional hiring teams.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a highly relevant equivalent field.
