Assistant Sales Manager – Franchise Sales & Business DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for franchise sales and new business opportunities.
• Handle franchise enquiries from initial discussion to negotiation and closure.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise partners.
• Understand franchise requirements, investment capacity and business expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams for site selection, setup, operations and franchise onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees.
• Follow up on leads and achieve monthly franchise sales targets.
• Support franchise partners with commercial discussions and pre-opening requirements.
• Identify potential locations and new market opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and franchise development activities across different locations.
• Maintain sales reports, lead records and franchise documentation.
• Ensure smooth handover of closed franchise deals to the concerned teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in franchise sales, automobile, retail, business development or a similar industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently handle franchise discussions and closures.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits and franchise development.
• Target-oriented with a professional and mature approach.
