Job Description
Location: Mira Road East, Mira-Bhayandar
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Education: Diploma
- Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and submit tender documents, quotations, BOQs, and estimates.
- Manage tender documentation, records, and follow-up activities.
- Handle office administration, bookkeeping, and documentation.
- Maintain invoices, purchase records, and project-related files.
- Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel and MS Word.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in Tendering, Office Administration, or Civil Projects.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and computer operations.
- Experience in bookkeeping and documentation.
- Preferred experience in the Engineering & Construction industry.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
