Job Opening: Telecaller – VASTAL Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd.

VASTAL Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. is hiring female candidates (married or unmarried) for the role of Telecaller.

Experience:

  • Freshers can apply
  • Or at least 1 year of experience in business development
  • Must have good communication skills (Hindi, English, or any regional language)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to take orders, promote products, and follow up on payments
  • Build and maintain good relationships with doctors (customers)
  • Find new customers to grow the business
  • Work with the product team for improvements
  • Answer customer questions and handle objections
  • Keep customer data updated and organized
  • Solve customer complaints and retain unhappy customers
