Job Description
Job Title: Senior Real Estate Sales Executive
Company: Neha Properties
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Includes 1 Hour Lunch Break)
Location: D-16/1, Shatabdi Nagar, Divider Road, near (Shopprix Mall or Shatabdi Nagar Metro Station)
Experience Required: 6+ Months in Real Estate Sales (Preferred)
About the Role
At Neha Properties, we are expanding our active sales network and looking for driven, experienced, and high-performing Real Estate Sales Executives. If you have a proven track record in client handling, property site visits, and closing deals, we offer a competitive structure that rewards top performers with significant growth and earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Lead Conversion: Connect with potential buyers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential or commercial options.
- Site Visits: Conduct professional site visits with clients and highlight key investment features.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations between buyers and sellers to close sales successfully.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on current local property trends, market rates, and new inventory.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain clean records of client follow-ups and build strong long-term referral networks.
Salary & Target Structure
We believe in rewarding output and dedication. For candidates opting for the Fixed Salary + Incentive model, the structure is clear and performance-driven:
- Monthly Sales Target Salary & Payout Structure
- 1 Sale / Month (Target Met) 100% Full Salary + Attractive Sales Incentive, 0 Sales (Target Missed) 40% Base Salary
- Note: Additional commissions and bonus incentives apply on sales closed beyond the minimum monthly target. Requirements & Qualifications Prior experience in real estate sales, property consulting, or field sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle client site visits independently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable.
- Own vehicle preferred for client meetings and field visits.
