Job Description

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Female)

Company: Kargham

Location: Mohkampur, Meerut

  • Job ResponsibilitiesCall customers to confirm Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
  • Verify customer details, including address and contact number.
  • Resolve customer queries regarding products, delivery, and exchanges.
  • Update order status in the system.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Reduce cancellations and RTO (Return to Origin) orders through proper verification.
  • RequirementsFemale candidate preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English knowledge is a plus).
  • Polite and professional speaking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
  • Previous telecalling or customer support experience is preferred.
