Job Description
- Explain course details, curriculum, durations, and certification or diploma structures for makeup, hair styling, skin care, or cosmetology.
- Assess the student's career goals and match them with the right beauty program.
- Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions during walk-ins, phone calls, or online chats.
- Provide details on career outcomes, job opportunities, internships, and placement support.
- Manage and respond to inquiries via phone, email, website forms, and social media channels.
- Follow up consistently with pending leads and record interactions.
- Represent the beauty academy at education fairs, career seminars, and open house events.
- Help execute local marketing or promotional campaigns to attract new student batches.
- erify student eligibility documents, such as academic mark sheets and ID proofs, before finalizing admissions.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of walk-ins, phone calls, and conversion funnels.
- Coordinate smoothly with the academics and accounts teams regarding fee receipts and batch allocations.
