Job Description
हमारी कंपनी को आयुर्वेदिक एवं वेलनेस प्रोडक्ट्स के लिए ऊर्जावान और बात करने में माहिर टेली-कॉलर्स (लड़के और लड़कियाँ दोनों) की आवश्यकता है। आपको कंपनी द्वारा दिए गए लीड्स (कस्टमर्स) को कॉल करके प्रोडक्ट्स की जानकारी देनी होगी और ऑर्डर्स बुक करने होंगे।
संभावित ग्राहकों (Leads) को कॉल करना और आयुर्वेदिक प्रोडक्ट्स के फायदे समझाना।
ग्राहकों की स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याओं और आवश्यकताओं को समझकर सही प्रोडक्ट की सलाह देना।
कॉल पर ऑर्डर्स फाइनल करना और कस्टमर की पूरी डिटेल CRM/सिस्टम में दर्ज करना।
फॉलो-अप कॉल्स करना और कस्टमर के सवालों का समाधान करना।
