Customer Support Executive

Job Overview :

We are looking for Collection Telecallers to join our growing collection team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding pending loan payments, understanding payment-related concerns, and achieving assigned collection targets through professional communication.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
• Follow up with customers for timely payment commitments.
• Explain outstanding dues and payment details clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups as per assigned portfolio and bucket.
• Record customer responses, commitments and follow-up details accurately.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain proper communication.
• Coordinate with the field collection team whenever required.
• Follow company processes, calling guidelines and compliance requirements.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months–1 year experience in telecalling, collections, recovery, BPO or banking/financial services preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English is an advantage.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-oriented and disciplined approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on collection software/MIS.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
