Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Lucknow

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹10,000–₹25,000 per month

  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain company services/products clearly and handle customer queries.
  • Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Maintain daily call records, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Google Sheets.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales/counselling team for qualified leads.
  • Build good customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills.
  • Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English preferred.
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and sales follow-ups.
  • Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
  • Fresher candidates with good communication skills can apply.
  • Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
