Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor / Career Advisor to guide students and parents about various career courses and convert enquiries into admissions. The candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills and must be target oriented.
Key Responsibilities
>> Handle enquiries regarding different courses offered by the institute.
>> Counsel students and parents about career opportunities and course options.
>> Build strong relationships with students and parents.
>> Convert enquiries into admissions by effective counselling and follow-ups.
>> Maintain proper records of enquiries and update the student database regularly.
>> Coordinate with applicants and provide accurate information about courses and industry opportunities.
>> Handle calls, emails and maintain admission related data.
>> Achieve monthly admission targets.
Preferred candidate profile
>> Minimum 2-3 years experience in counselling, education sales, or similar role.
>> Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
>> Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.
>> Target oriented and proactive attitude.
>> Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
