Job Description
* Generate residential rooftop solar leads through field marketing and references.
* Visit customers' homes for face-to-face sales meetings.
* Inspect rooftops and collect measurements for solar plant design.
* Explain solar solutions, pricing, savings, and government subsidies.
* Prepare quotations and present customized solar proposals.
* Follow up with customers regularly and convert leads into confirmed sales.
* Handle the complete sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain good customer relationships.
**Note: This is a field sales role requiring regular home visits and direct customer i
nteraction.
