Job Description
- Your ResponsibilitiesVisit residential and commercial customers in assigned areas
- Generate new leads through field visits, references and local networking
- Explain rooftop solar systems, electricity-bill savings and available solar subsidy benefits
- Conduct basic customer and site requirement assessment
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate site surveys and quotations with the technical team
- Negotiate and close solar orders
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Who Can Apply?12th Pass / Graduate / Diploma candidates
- Freshers as well as experienced sales candidates
- Candidates from Solar, Real Estate, Insurance, Finance, Telecom, Automobile, FMCG, RO, Inverter, Battery or Direct Sales are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers
- Knowledge of Lucknow and nearby areas preferred
- Two-wheeler and smartphone preferred
- Self-motivated and interested in earning through sales incentives
