Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Manager to independently drive new business for our Digital Marketing Agency. This is an individual contributor role, where the candidate will be responsible for the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and prospecting to client meetings, proposal, negotiation and closing.
The ideal candidate should be highly target-oriented, confident in client communication, and capable of selling digital marketing services to businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp and other channels.
Identify potential businesses and decision-makers.
Conduct sales calls, online meetings and client presentations.
Understand client requirements and business objectives.
Recommend appropriate digital marketing solutions.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations.
Handle objections, negotiations and commercial discussions.
Follow up consistently with prospects and close deals.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets independently.
Develop long-term relationships with clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with the internal delivery team after closing the client.

Required SkillsStrong B2B sales and business development skills.
Proven experience in client acquisition and sales closing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong cold-calling and lead-generation ability.
Excellent negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Good understanding of digital marketing services.
Strong follow-up and pipeline-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office and Google Workspace.
Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, Website Development, SaaS, Advertising or other B2B service-based companies will be preferred.
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Monthly Attractive Performance Incentives
