Showroom Sales Executive

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth front-office functioning.

Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver excellent customer service.

Drive vehicle sales and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with the Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure seamless customer transactions.

Maintain customer records, prepare daily MIS reports, and monitor sales performance.

Lead, train, and motivate the branch sales team to maximize productivity and target achievement.

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and generate customer referrals.

Monitor branch inventory, display, and overall branch presentation.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and delivery process.
