Job Description
Position: Sales & Marketing Consultant
Location: Lucknow
HTM Solar is looking for a Sales & Marketing Consultant to support lead generation, market research and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on solar leads.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Handle customer communication and meetings.
- Develop local sales & marketing strategies.
- Maintain lead and follow-up reports.
Requirements:
- Good communication & sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Field work and customer interaction comfortable.
- Solar industry experience preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Compensation: Fixed + Performance Incentives
