* Identify and acquire new franchise partners across India

* Generate and convert franchise/investor leads

* Identify potential cities, markets and retail locations

* Conduct franchise presentations and business negotiations

* Build strong relationships with HNIs, investors, jewellers and business owners

* Manage franchise closure and agreement processes

* Coordinate with internal teams for new store launches

* Achieve monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets
