Senior Account Executive

JOB VACANCY – HEAD ACCOUNTANT

Location: Chembur, Mumbai – Head Office

Experience Required: 7–10 Years

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Head Accountant to join our Head Office team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage complete Tally Accounts of the company

- Maintain Vendor Ledgers, Bills, Payments & Reconciliation

- Monitor vendor outstanding and payment follow-ups

- Handle MCA follow-ups, documentation and statutory submissions

- Handle RERA follow-ups, documentation and compliance-related submissions

- Coordinate with CA, CS, Auditors and Consultants

- Bank Reconciliation and day-to-day accounting activities

- Monthly accounts closing and preparation of management reports

- Maintain proper accounting records, documentation and filing

- Ensure timely completion of accounting and compliance-related activities

Candidate Profile

- B.Com / M com,Commerce Graduate preferred

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Accounts

- Strong working knowledge of Tally & MS Excel

- Experience in Vendor Accounting & Reconciliation

- Knowledge of MCA & RERA documentation and follow-ups

- Good communication and coordination skills

- Ability to independently handle the company's accounts and related responsibilities
