🔹 Field Sales Executive (FSE)

📍 Locations: Lucknow | Prayagraj | Ayodhya | Varanasi | Kanpur

💰 Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month (In-Hand)

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit local retail stores, restaurants and outlets to pitch & demonstrate BharatPe EDC/Swipe machines.

- Complete merchant KYC and deploy POS machines at merchant locations.

- Guide merchants to increase daily card transactions and achieve volume targets.

- Cross-sell merchant loans and other financial products based on transaction volumes.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 months of field sales experience.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- Good knowledge of the local market.

- Comfortable with field work and merchant visits.

🔹 Team Leader – Field Sales

📍 Locations: Lucknow | Kanpur

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000/month (In-Hand) + Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive merchant onboarding and deployment of BharatPe EDC/POS terminals.

- Lead, train and manage a team of 10+ Field Sales Executives.

- Ensure daily team targets, machine activations and transaction volumes are achieved.

- Accompany FSEs on field visits and assist in converting high-value merchants.

- Monitor team performance and support FSEs in achieving their targets.
