About the RoleWe are looking for a confident, energetic, and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, providing appropriate information about our services, and maintaining strong professional relationships.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
• Explain our services, processes, pricing, and timelines clearly.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.
• Maintain positive and long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and payments.
• Convert qualified leads into successful clients.
• Achieve individual and team-based targets.
• Handle client queries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• RequirementsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Comfortable communicating with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
