About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers over calls, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
* Explain products/services and clearly communicate their benefits.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
* Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
* Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
